Legal restrictions and safety considerations impact where we can fly our drones. We can operate in most areas of Livingston County, but there are some limitations, such as near airports or restricted airspace. We will always check airspace authorization before any flight and can discuss the specifics of your project during the consultation phase.
Drone flights can often be impacted by weather conditions. High winds, rain, and low visibility can affect safety and the quality of the footage. If the weather is not ideal for your shoot, we will reschedule for a mutually agreeable date at no additional cost.
The cost of our drone services depends on the specific needs of your project, such as the duration of the shoot, location, and complexity of the shots. We offer competitive rates and will provide you with a free quote after a consultation to discuss your vision.
Generally, you don't need permission to fly a drone over your own property, as long as you stay within the legal altitude limitations. However, there may be some exceptions depending on local ordinances or homeowner association rules. It's always best to check before flying.
The Mavic 2 Pro will fly 44.7 mph but legally, you can fly a drone up to 100mph (87 knots).
When operated by a qualified and insured pilot, drone photography is a very safe activity. We take all necessary safety precautions, including pre-flight inspections, following FAA regulations, and maintaining a safe distance from people and property.
